Purchase any Hills Prescription Diet for dogs or cats and save $30.00. Purchases must be made between January 1, 2025 and April 30, 2025. The unique PIN number found on the program brochure is required for a rebate. All requests for refunds must be received on or before May 31, 2025
1. Limit of one rebate per household while supplies last.
2. All requests must be received by the identified deadline when this offer expires.
3. Offer valid only in Canada.
4. Only a scanned image of an original receipt and original UPC barcode will be accepted.
5. Not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or undelivered mail.
6. Duplicate or invalid requests will not be acknowledged or returned.
7. This offer, extended to consumers, requires that the purchase be made by the person
