Mobil 1™ Summer Promotion 2025 Gift with Purchase Offer Terms and Conditions

Mobil 1™ Summer Promotion 2025 with Purchase Offer (“Offer”) is limited to purchases made at participating retail stores and Canadian Mobil 1™ Oil Change Facilities.

In return for the opportunity to participate in the Mobil 1™ Gift with Purchase Offer described herein (the “Offer”) Imperial Oil Limited (“Imperiall” or “Sponsor”) requires your agreement, and you hereby agree, to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below (the “Terms and Conditions”).

PARTICIPATION CONSTITUTES THE PARTICIPANT’S FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT TO, AND ACCEPTANCE OF, THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

To receive your one (1) $5 CAD cash rebate (provided in the form of a cheque) (a “Rebate Cheque”) via mail for each jug of Eligible Product purchased, to a maximum of one (1) 4.73L jug of Eligible Mobil 1™ product (as defined below) or purchase a Mobil 1™ oil change at your local Canadian dealership or eligible Canadian Mobil 1™ Oil Change Facility, between June 15, 2025, and August 13, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

Offer valid while supplies last and is limited to one (1) Offer per household.

To be eligible to receive a $5 Rebate Cheque:
• Purchase a Mobil 1™ oil change at a Canadian Mobil 1™ Oil Change Facility, or purchase one (1) 4.73L or more of Mobil 1™ Classic, Mobil 1™ Advanced Fuel Economy, Mobil 1™ High Mileage, Mobil 1™ Extended Performance, Mobil 1™ Extended Performance High Mileage, Mobil 1™ Truck & SUV, or Mobil 1™ ESP motor oil (collectively referred to as “Eligible Product”) at a participating auto store in Canada (a “Qualifying Purchase”). And,
• Fully complete and submit the online Offer redemption form at mobil1promotion2025.ca (with all required information) prior to the deadline set out below. Fully completing the redemption form will require (without limitation) you to upload an image of your cash register or online order receipt dated during the Promotion Period from participating retail stores (Canadian Tire, Walmart Canada and PartSource locations) and Canadian Mobil 1™ Oil Change Facility with Eligible Product(s) circled. All online submissions must be completed by 11:59:59 p.m. CT August 13, 2025. Illegible images will not be accepted.

For clarity, “Mobil Super” and “Mobil Full Synthetic” products do not qualify for this Rebate Offer or the Bonus Offer (together the “Offer ”).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please retain the original receipt for your records. All receipts submitted are subject to verification in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. Any receipt and/or other materials that cannot be verified to the complete satisfaction of Sponsor, in its sole discretion, is/are subject to immediate disqualification.

For purposes of this Promotion, “receipt” of an entry occurs when Sponsor/Administrator’s server records the entry information resulting from the participant selecting the “SUBMIT” button. Automated entries (including but not limited to entries submitted using any robot, script, macro, or other automated service) are not permitted and will be disqualified.

Offer conditions: By participating in the Offer, participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions in this document. Up to a maximum number of 3,500 Rebate Cheques will be dispersed among participants during the Promotion Period based on the order in which redemptions are received. Offer valid while supplies last. Offer is open only to Canadian residents who have reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry. Only official Canadian postal addresses are acceptable. No PO boxes allowed. Void where prohibited, restricted or taxed. Limit of one (1) $5 Rebate Cheques per person/household (regardless of the type or number of Eligible Products purchased or the method of purchase); redemption forms or submissions using the same IP address will be deemed to be from the same household. Each redemption request must contain a fully completed redemption form and original receipt(s) dated during the Promotion Period. Cash value of one Cheque is $5.00. Allow approximately six to twelve (6-12) weeks for shipment following receipt and verification of all required documentation.

Each Rebate Cheque, and as applicable Item, will be issued by CF&R Services Inc in Canadian dollars. Cheques and Item will be mailed to the address provided upon submission in the name indicated. The Released Parties are not responsible for replacing the value of a Rebate Cheque or Item if it is lost, stolen, destroyed, damaged, or used without a participant’s knowledge or consent.

Offer valid only for individual consumers; requests from groups, clubs or organizations will not be honored. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer, coupon or discount card. Incomplete, damaged, photocopied, mechanically reproduced, altered and/or forged receipts or redemption forms of any kind, or receipts or redemption forms not obtained through authorized channels, will not be accepted. Invalid or duplicate requests will not be honored or returned. Imperial Oil, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies, retail stores and Oil Change facility partners, CF&R Services Inc. and all other individuals and entities involved in the development, production, administration or fulfillment of the Offer, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”) are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, illegible, damaged, incomplete, misaddressed, misdirected, delayed, inaccurate or postage-due mail, receipts, receipt images, or for any errors of any kind relating to this Offer. All requests become the property of Imperial Oil and are nonreturnable. Imperial Oil has no obligation to acknowledge, redeem or return redemption requests not in compliance with these terms. This Offer may not be published in any magazine or elsewhere without Imperial Oil’s written permission. Trading, buying, selling or manufacturing of receipts or redemption forms is considered to be in violation of the terms of this Offer. By participating in the Offer, an eligible participant hereby: (i) confirms compliance with these terms; and (ii) releases Imperial Oil and all of the other Released Parties from any and all liability in connection with the Offer, their participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of a Rebate Cheque.

Imperial Oil reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to require proof (in a form and substance acceptable to Imperial Oil): (i) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any information for the purposes of this Offer; and/or (ii) for any other reason or reasons that Imperial Oil deems necessary, in its sole discretion, for the purposes of administering this Offer in accordance with Imperial Oil’s interpretation of the letter and spirit of these terms. Failure to provide any such proof to the reasonable satisfaction of Imperial Oil within the timeline specified by Imperial Oil may result in disqualification. IMPERIAL OIL HAS THE RIGHT, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, TO TAKE WHATEVER MEASURES OR ACTIONS IT DEEMS NECESSARY TO HELP ENSURE THAT THE OFFER IS ADMINISTERED IN ACCORDANCE WITH IMPERIAL OIL’S INTERPRETATION OF THE LETTER AND SPIRIT OF THESE TERMS.

The Released Parties will not be liable for: (i) any failure of any website or any platform during the Offer; (ii) any technical malfunction or other problems of any nature whatsoever; (iii) the failure of any information to be received, captured or recorded for any reason whatsoever; (iv) any injury or damage to any participant’s or any other person’s computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in the Offer; and/or (v) any combination of the above.

Imperial Oil reserves the right, in its sole discretion to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to cancel, withdraw, amend or suspend this Offer (or to amend these terms) in any way, in the event of any cause beyond the reasonable control of Imperial Oil that interferes with the proper conduct of this Offer as contemplated by these terms, including, but not limited to, any error, problem, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or failure of any kind whatsoever. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of this Offer in any way (as determined by Imperial Oil in its sole discretion) may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Imperial Oil reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Each participant expressly consents to Imperial Oil, its agents and/or representatives, storing, sharing and using any personal information submitted for the purpose of administering the Offer and in accordance with Imperial Oil’s privacy policy (https://www.imperialoil.ca/en-CA/Legal-pages/Privacy-statement). This section does not limit any other consent(s) that an individual may provide Imperial Oil or others in relation to the collection, use and/or disclosure of their personal information.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these terms shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with the terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, (a) all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these terms or the rights and obligations of participants, Imperial Oil or any of the other the Released Parties in connection with the Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the domestic laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws; and (b) the participant consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Alberta in any action to enforce (or otherwise relating to) these terms or relating to this Offer.
