Mobil 1™ x NHL® Keychain & Esso™ Gift Card Promotion 2026 Terms and Conditions

Between May 18, 2026, and June 30, 2026 (or while supplies last), inclusive (the “Promotion Period”), purchase one (1) 4.73 L jug of any Mobil 1™ branded synthetic motor oil or one (1) Mobil 1 oil change (“Eligible Product”) from participating retail stores and Canadian Mobil 1 oil change facilities and receive a gift with purchase consisting of one (1) Mobil 1™ X NHL® co‑branded keychain and one (1) $10 CAD Esso™ gift card with a total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $20 CAD (collectively, the “Gift”). Limit of two (2) Gifts per person/household, verified by unique mailing address and IP address. For clarity, Mobil Super™ and Mobil Full Synthetic™ products do not qualify for this promotion.

To be eligible to receive a Gift, participants must:

- Purchase a Mobil 1 oil change at your local Canadian dealership or eligible Canadian Mobil 1 oil change facility, OR purchase any 4.73 L jug of Mobil 1™ Full Synthetic, Mobil 1™ Advanced Fuel Economy, Mobil 1™ High Mileage, Mobil 1™ Extended Performance, Mobil 1™ Extended Performance High Mileage, Mobil 1™ Truck & SUV, or Mobil 1™ ESP motor oil (collectively referred to as “Eligible Product”) at a participating retail store in Canada; and

- Fully complete and submit the online promotion redemption form at mobil1promotion2026.ca, including uploading a clear image of the original cash register receipt or online order receipt dated during the Promotion Period with the Eligible Product circled. All submissions must be completed by 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time (“CT”) on July 14, 2026. Illegible or incomplete submissions will not be accepted.

Offer conditions: By participating in the promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. A maximum of 15,000 Gifts will be distributed during the Promotion Period based on the order in which eligible redemptions are received. Offer valid while supplies last. The promotion is open only to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of participation. Only official Canadian mailing addresses are accepted. No PO boxes permitted. Void where prohibited, restricted, or taxed by law. Limit of two (2) Gifts per person/household, regardless of the number of Eligible Products purchased or method of purchase. Redemption requests submitted using the same mailing address and/or IP address will be deemed to be from the same household. Allow approximately 8–12 weeks for delivery following receipt and verification of all required documentation.

Gifts will be fulfilled by CF&R Services Inc. and mailed to the address provided at the time of submission. The Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for replacing any Gift that is lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, or used without the participant’s consent.

This Offer is valid for individual consumers only. Requests from groups, clubs, or organizations will not be honored. The Offer may not be combined with any other offer, coupon, or promotion.

Incomplete, damaged, photocopied, mechanically reproduced, altered and/or forged receipts or redemption forms of any kind, or receipts or redemption forms not obtained through authorized channels, will not be accepted. Invalid or duplicate requests will not be honored or returned. Imperial Oil, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies, Canadian Tire Corporation, CF&R Services Inc., the National Hockey League (“NHL”), its member clubs, NHL Enterprises, L.P., NHL Enterprises Canada, L.P., NHL Enterprises B.V. and NHL Interactive CyberEnterprises, LLC, and all other individuals and entities involved in the development, production, administration or fulfillment of the Offer, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, illegible, damaged, incomplete, misaddressed, misdirected, delayed, inaccurate or postage‑due mail, receipts, receipt images, or for any errors of any kind relating to this Offer. All requests become the property of Imperial Oil and are nonreturnable. Imperial Oil has no obligation to acknowledge, redeem or return redemption requests not in compliance with these terms. This Offer may not be published in any magazine or elsewhere without Imperial Oil’s written permission. Trading, buying, selling or manufacturing of receipts or redemption forms are considered to be in violation of the terms of this Offer. By participating in the Offer, an eligible participant hereby: (i) confirms compliance with these terms; and (ii) releases Imperial Oil and all of the other Released Parties from any and all liability in connection with the Offer, their participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of a Gift.

Imperial Oil reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to require proof (in a form and substance acceptable to Imperial Oil): (i) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any information for the purposes of this Offer; and/or (ii) for any other reason or reasons that Imperial Oil deems necessary, in its sole discretion, for the purposes of administering this Offer in accordance with Imperial Oil’s interpretation of the letter and spirit of these terms. Failure to provide any such proof to the reasonable satisfaction of Imperial Oil within the timeline specified by Imperial Oil may result in disqualification. IMPERIAL OIL HAS THE RIGHT, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, TO TAKE WHATEVER MEASURES OR ACTIONS IT DEEMS NECESSARY TO HELP ENSURE THAT THE OFFER IS ADMINISTERED IN ACCORDANCE WITH IMPERIAL OIL’S INTERPRETATION OF THE LETTER AND SPIRIT OF THESE TERMS.

The Released Parties will not be liable for: (i) any failure of any website or any platform during the Offer; (ii) any technical malfunction or other problems of any nature whatsoever; (iii) the failure of any information to be received, captured or recorded for any reason whatsoever; (iv) any injury or damage to any participant’s or any other person’s computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in the Offer; and/or (v) any combination of the above. Imperial Oil reserves the right, in its sole discretion to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to cancel, withdraw, amend or suspend this Offer (or to amend these terms) in any way, in the event of any cause beyond the reasonable control of Imperial Oil that interferes with the proper conduct of this Offer as contemplated by these terms, including, but not limited to, any error, problem, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or failure of any kind whatsoever. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of this Offer in any way (as determined by Imperial Oil in its sole discretion) may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Imperial Oil reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Each participant expressly consents to Imperial Oil, its agents and/or representatives, storing, sharing and using any personal information submitted for the purpose of administering the Offer and in accordance with Imperial Oil’s privacy policy (https://www.imperialoil.ca/en-CA/Legal-pages/Privacy-statement). This section does not limit any other consent(s) that an individual may provide Imperial Oil or others in relation to the collection, use and/or disclosure of their personal information. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these terms shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with the terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, (a) all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these terms or the rights and obligations of participants, Imperial Oil or any of the other Released Parties in connection with the Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the domestic laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws; and (b) the participant consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Alberta in any action to enforce (or otherwise relating to) these terms or relating to this Offer.
