Mobil Delvac™ Rebate Program 2026 Terms and Conditions

Between May 15, 2026 and September 15, 2026 inclusive (the “Promotion Period”), purchase eligible Mobil Delvac™ motor oil products (each an “Eligible Product”) from a participating Canadian Tire or Walmart Canada retail location in Canada, or online at www.canadiantire.ca or www.walmart.ca, and receive a mail-in cash rebate in the form of a cheque as follows:

• $5 CAD rebate cheque with the purchase of one (1) eligible 3.78 L jug of Mobil Delvac™ motor oil; and
• $20 CAD rebate cheque with the purchase of one (1) eligible 18.9 L pail of Mobil Delvac™ motor oil.

Rebates are provided in the form of individual cheques (“Rebate Cheques”), with a limit of four (4) redemptions per person/household (verified by unique mailing address and/or unique IP address), for a maximum of two (2) jugs and two (2) pails per household and a combined maximum rebate value of $50 CAD.

Offer is limited to purchases of Eligible Products from Canadian Tire or Walmart Canada in Canada during the Promotion Period. Offer not valid on oil change services.

To Be Eligible to Receive a Rebate Cheque:

• Purchase an Eligible Product during the Promotion Period from a participating Canadian Tire or Walmart Canada retail location in Canada, or online at www.canadiantire.ca or www.walmart.ca; and

• Fully complete and submit the online Offer redemption form at mobildelvacpromotion.ca (with all required information) prior to the deadline set out below. Fully completing the redemption form will require (without limitation) uploading an image of your cash register receipt or online order confirmation dated during the Promotion Period clearly showing the Eligible Product(s), retailer name and purchase date.

All online submissions must be completed by 11:59:59 p.m. CT on September 29, 2026. Illegible images will not be accepted.

Offer Conditions

By participating in the Offer, participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions in this document. Up to a maximum number of 600 $5 Rebate Cheques and 2,400 $20 Rebate Cheques will be dispersed among participants during the Promotion Period based on the order in which redemptions are received. Offer valid while supplies last.

Offer is open only to Canadian residents who have reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of submission. Only official Canadian postal addresses are acceptable. No PO boxes allowed.

Limit of four (4) redemptions per person/household valued at a combined maximum of $50 CAD (regardless of the type or number of Eligible Products purchased or the method of purchase). Redemption forms or submissions using the same mailing address and/or the same IP address will be deemed to be from the same household. Each redemption request must contain a fully completed redemption form and original receipt(s) dated during the Promotion Period.

Allow approximately six to twelve (6–12) weeks for shipment following receipt and verification of all required documentation.

Each Rebate Cheque will be issued in Canadian dollars and mailed to the address provided upon submission in the name indicated. The Released Parties are not responsible for replacing the value of a Rebate Cheque if it is lost, stolen, destroyed, damaged, or used without a participant’s knowledge or consent. Protect the Rebate Cheque like cash.

Offer valid only for individual consumers; requests from groups, clubs or organizations will not be honoured. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer, coupon or discount card. Incomplete, damaged, photocopied, mechanically reproduced, altered and/or forged receipts or redemption forms of any kind, or receipts or redemption forms not obtained through authorized channels, will not be accepted. Invalid or duplicate requests will not be honoured or returned.

Imperial Oil, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies, participating retailers, fulfillment agencies and all other individuals and entities involved in the development, production, administration or fulfillment of the Offer, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, illegible, damaged, incomplete, misaddressed, misdirected, delayed or inaccurate submissions, or for any technical or other errors of any kind relating to this Offer. All requests become the property of Imperial Oil and are nonreturnable. Imperial Oil has no obligation to acknowledge, redeem or return redemption requests not in compliance with these terms.

Imperial Oil reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to require proof (in a form and substance acceptable to Imperial Oil): (i) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any information submitted; and/or (ii) for any other reason deemed necessary for the purposes of administering this Offer in accordance with Imperial Oil’s interpretation of the letter and spirit of these terms. Failure to provide such proof within the timeline specified may result in disqualification.

Imperial Oil reserves the right, in its sole discretion to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to cancel, withdraw, amend or suspend this Offer (or to amend these terms) in any way, in the event of any cause beyond its reasonable control that interferes with the proper conduct of this Offer, including but not limited to error, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failure of any kind.

Governing Law

Except where prohibited by law, (a) all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these terms or the rights and obligations of participants and Imperial Oil in connection with the Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to conflict of law principles; and (b) participants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Alberta in any action relating to this Offer.

For participants residing in Quebec, all issues will be governed by the laws of the province of residence and the applicable federal laws of Canada, and participants consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of their province of residence.
