Refresh How-To

STEP 1: Open your SiriusXM Dealer Tool App
STEP 2: Make sure the Vehicle and SiriusXM are ON
STEP 3: Scan VIN barcode located inside the driver’s side door OR enter Radio ID/ESN from channel 0
STEP 4: Allow between 30 seconds and five minutes for the radio to sync

Please go to the main page and select ‘set my password’. Then follow the steps on-screen for resetting your account. If that doesn’t work, please contact your SiriusXM District Manager.

Other than your three (3) initial VINs which you submit during the initial phase, your refreshes will be automatically updated under the ‘My Refreshes’ tab on a weekly basis.

Once all refreshes are verified and their status’s updated on the Refresh Rewards site, you will be paid via a virtual card, once a month. You will receive this virtual card via email. It will be emailed to the email address that is on your account.
